Sneak Peek Inside a Translation Agency

language translations

language translationsExecutive Linguist Agency has developed strong relationships with our translation clients over the years. We have long standing relationships with our network of translators as well, which allows us to offer accurate human (not machine) translations with fast turnaround times of 2,000-3,000 words per day.

Here are just a few of the types of clients we service and the types of translation services we provide for them:

For insurance clients, we translate template claimant notification letters such as letters for upcoming appointments and benefits explanations; foreign medical reports,  incident statements by witnesses and so on.

Research & Medical

For research and medical clients, we translate informed consents, which are documents that inform patients of treatment plans and procedures. These medical or research-related clients include cancer centers, departments of surgery, departments of emergency medicine and  pediatrics.

For academic clients, we have translated newsletters into several languages such as Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, and text, dialogue and film scripts for special projects.

Food Service

For food service clients, which include restaurant franchises and food manufacturers, we translate employee manuals, safety posters, health insurance coverage manuals, workplace procedures, surveys, workers’ compensation letters explaining benefits, mostly into Spanish.

For entertainment clients, we often translate studio clearances so that the production company knows what foreign text  or dialogue says and we  also provide translations of  set signage and printed props

In addition to working directly with the various types of companies and organizations mentioned above, we also partner with HR companies and similar as a subcontractor to provide translation services on their behalf.
