Interpreter Account Deletion Policy
Purpose
This section walks end-users through permanently deleting their LoopLingo account, including what data is removed and what remains for compliance purposes.
1. Email us at admin@executivelinguist.com
We will call and verify your account information.
2. Confirm Identity
Enter your password (or passkey/2-FA code) to verify ownership. This prevents accidental or unauthorised deletion.
3. Read Data Deletion Notice
• Message history, contacts, and media are queued for erasure within [X] days.
• Billing records and consent logs are retained as required by law (e.g., TCPA, GDPR).
• Group chats you created will transfer ownership to the next oldest member.
4. Acknowledge & Delete
We will verify your info and delete your account.
5. Email Confirmation
A confirmation email titled “Your Interpreter Account Has Been Deleted” will be sent to the registered address.
