Ms. Randolph:
I want to thank you again for the services of your company. Ms. Sonji Friedman was critical in our acquisition of information from witnesses to our investigation. While the witnesses themselves were fluent in English, the parents of these minors were not, requiring their permission to interview the children. Ms. Friedman was instrumental in setting a non-adversarial rapport with the parents, providing unfettered access. On many occasions, different cultures are distrustful of investigators, however, due to Ms. Friedman's professionalism this was not the case with this investigation. We are most appreciative.

RE: The excellent performance and service provided by Mr. Alfie Malbran
Dear the Staff at Executive Linguist:
On behalf of all of us at Sentinel Investigations, we would like to thank you for all your hard work and long hours, assisting us with the various investigations and scheduling of cases in the variety of languages we come across.
Additionally, I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Alfie Malbran. Mr. Malbran is by far, one of the best Spanish interpreters that I have had the pleasure to work with. Our initial introduction (approximately two-years ago) involved a sexual assault claim, where the female interpreter was unable to attend and therefore Mr. Malbran filled in. Although I was extremely leery at having a male handle the interpreting – he was compassionate and able to put the subject at ease.
I witness this again yesterday, when Mr. Malbran assisted me with another claim. The subject was a male; however, he was put at ease and felt comfortable talking openly and freely about his past. I believe it was due to Mr. Malbran’s tone of voice and compassion towards others.
In my opinion, Mr. Malbran is extremely competent, knowledgeable and can easily put any individual at ease.
Please thank your staff and let them know that we appreciate working with them and let Mr. Alfie Malbran know how much I truly appreciated working with him and thank him once again for his assistance.

Dear Sir or Madam:
I would like to take this opportunity to discuss the level of service I received from your employee, Felipe Arca. While visiting our Fullerton, CA office this June 2002, I was in need of an interpreter to address our employees. Having used interpreters in the past on very many occasions, I felt confident I knew what do expect. Fortunately for me my expectations were surpassed upon meeting and working with Felipe.
I worked with Felipe for a three-day period conducting one on one interviews with employees as well as addressing the general employee population. I was extremely impressed by Felipe’s ability to communicate so easily with all employees as well as his remarkable ability to retain several minutes of conversation and then interpret them effortlessly and accurately. In addition to his expert interpretive skills, I found Felipe to be both pleasant and professional. I immediately felt at easy with him and, more importantly, so did our employees. I would not hesitate to hire Felipe in the future for any of my interpretive needs.
